Who can access the Print at Home Versions of the METIS Planner and who can access the Supplemental (Bonus) content?

What do I need to do to when invited to join either or METIS18SUP?

In the email you will receive from Google Groups, be sure to Accept the Invite for the METIS18SUP Google Group by clicking on the "Accept this invitation" button at the bottom of the email.

Please note that Google Group invites expire after 7 days so please do not delay in accepting the invitation.

If you don’t remember seeing an invite, please check your spam filter.

What should I do if my invite to join METIS18SUP has expired?
If your request has expired, please re-request membership by visiting the following link:

If you ordered a METIS Planner Digital Access Special from our website, select Re-request Both Print at Home Access and All Supplemental Downloads.

And then select “Apply for membership.”  In the dialogue box that will follow, please be sure to include the same Google/gmail address you provided when you completed your paypal transaction and provide your Receipt Number from your paypal confirmation.  As quickly as possible, our support team will review each re-request and enable your access.

What if I'm prompted to login when I try to access the Print at Home Versions of the METIS Planner or any Supplemental (Bonus) content?
If you are not currently logged in to a Google Service with a valid Google account, you will be prompted to either select from a cached list of user names
or enter your Google User Name and password. This is expected and needed to access the files that are stored in a secured Google Drive.

Be sure to use the Google account that joined either METIS18SUP.

What if I get an error message when I try to access the Print at Home Versions of the METIS Planner or any Supplemental (Bonus) content?

If you see a 403 error message like the following, it means that the primary account currently logged in to Google does not have access to the requested files.

Many users have multiple Google accounts.  Please be sure that the account that is currently logged in is the account that joined METIS18SUP.

If multiple Google Accounts are active at the same time (e.g. using the Google Add Account feature), Google typically defaults permissions to the 1st account that logged in.  If you are not sure which account Google is defaulting permissions to, log out of all of the active accounts and re-login with ONLY the account that joined METIS18SUP.

What if I'm still having trouble accessing either the METIS Planner Print at Home files of the Supplemental Downloads?
If you are still unable to access any of the Full Print At Home METIS Planner pdf files and believe that your gmail account should have already been granted access, please send an email to metisplanner@gmail.com with your Name, gmail account (if different than the sending email), and a brief description of why you should have access.  Feel free to include a screen shot of any error message you are seeing. Our support team will try to resolve your access issue as quickly as possible.
